The phone memory shows full on my nokia 5300 xpress

I have purchased a Nokia 5300xpress Music phone recently. Well I downloaded some softwares for my phone from internet and it is not getting installed on my phone as it shows phone memory full. I want to know what would be the reason for this. Is it due to a virus or my phone is not compatible. Please give me the solution for this. Thanking you.

Well the reason might be due to the virus. Your phone is been affected by a virus. You need to scan your phone completely. Or try to format it by restoring to factory settings. Dial *#7370#. This would help to restore your phones factory settings. As Nokia 5300xpress does not support antivirus. So it might not be compatible.

The reason might be your phone memory would be full. You need to delete some files. Check out your received files folder. Empty by transferring the necessary files to the memory card.
