I dont think you can get Nokia 1800 & Nokia 1616 for £2.00 anywhere. The price range that is given at many website vary in range of between price £ 19.99 - £ 55.11. You may either get a second hand unlocked nokia phone on ebay but not at that low range of price for sure. You can also try some online shopping auction website to get it at cheaper rates.

Rs. 1800 is 24£ if it is calculated and divided with today's market price of India, it may be different tomorrow, however. And if you want to unlock the phones, then take it to a local mobile repair shop and tell them to unlock it for you at their asking price. They have the proper tools to unlock the phones, i have tried it here on my iphone.
