There are already a lot of UltraMP3 music player available with a lot of skins. Also you can download the skins and install it on your phone. Thats the best thing to do. Why take the pain to create it yourself. Search which skin you want and you will get one...

Yeah, thats right, but i want to create a skin with my own style and pictures. I want my phone to be mine completely and not of anybody else or a third party advertisement device. I hope someone can help me with this soon. Thanks in advance...

If you are good with image editing you are good to go. There is a skinning tutorial which i have attached with this thread. You need a good image editing software which can handle .pcx file. I hope you like it. Have fun and happy skinning...
