Hp pavilion dv3510nr issue

Hello,

I have this HP Pavilion dv3510nr Entertainment Notebook with windows vista operating system installed in it, I am facing problem Fixing Webcam in Windows Vista. previously i had windows xp installed with this notebook, should i downgrade from windows Vista to XP.
