Nikon coolpix s70 features and specification

Hi,

I am planning to buy a digital camera, nikon has recently launched this camera with HD (high definition) video recording feature. This Nikon coolpix s70 costs around 20000 Rs. which is too costly, is there any other digital camera which offer HD video recording. also can you give me detail about this Nikon coolpix s70 digital camera.
