I have a laptop Acer Aspire 5516 since mid July where Windows Vista is pre installed Here is my problem: the webcam is built into the computer but does not work In any case it does not work .when I click on the icon acer Orbicam, an error message appears instantly:

"Acer OrbiCam Application has stopped working

I started by uninstalling everything related Orbicam in Add / Remove Programs. In particular, operating systems and applications "updated" available at ACER.
