Is there any Slider Lock for BlackBerry Torch 9850

I am having a Blackberry 9850 and I am willing to have a Slider Lock for and I have came across some as well but they were not available for my device. So I have been trying to find it since when but I have not yet found a good one my friend is having in his phone and it looks great so even I want to have it on my phone. Is there anyone who have an idea about the slide locker for my phone or has someone used it before. Any suggestion regarding the same will be appreciated.

I have been using the “SliderLock” on my phone and I think that it will work on your phone as well just take a look at its feature below.
    • It has Custom lock timeout.
    • It is integrated with native app.
    • It also has the Option for Enable or Disable if an app is in foreground.

You can also check out the A+ Lock for Apps. It gives you the following features:
    • Helps to switch between the Password Screen and the Pattern Lock screen
    • Can Lock/unlock all the apps
    • Can Lock SMS and MMS folder, logs, address book, calendar etc.
    • It can also lock the Native Applications or the3 third party application as well
    • Can Switch between Instant and Regular Lock.

I will like to inform you that when you install these slider lock application on your phone then just make sure that you set the required permission because if you skip this step or you don’t set the permission properly than the application will not work properly and for the people who are using the 5.0 version I will like to share that the permission option are inside the application itself .What you have to do is just install the application and then click on the menu and then go in to the settings and then change the required setting. Hope that helps.

Re: Is there any Slider Lock for BlackBerry Torch 9850

Even I was excited to get a slider lock for my blackberry so I just purchased a installed Slider Lock on my 9850 but I have found that it has just made my phone worse because whenever I am getting any messages and when I am trying to unlock it then it is just not responding for a minute and this should happen every time when I receive a message and I was just irritated of it. So I finally removed it from my phone and it is working well now and now I don’t need any slider lock for my phone I am happy with its original functionality.

I don’t think so that having a slide lock application phone will hang up like this because I have been using one for my phone for a long time and even my friends are having the same but they have never reported the kind of problem you are saying but o also think that this might be the problem with some slide locker. So what you can try is just try to install the SliderLock which I have found to be the best among all the other available lockers, so just give it a try and check if your problem is resolved or not but if you still face the same problem than I think that there might be something wrong with your phone and not the app.

Yes even I am using the “SliderLock” from a long time in fact all of us in our family having Blackberry is using the same as well and it is been working well with everyone but if you say that it is not working well for you than you can probably check some other apps to make out where the problem is and can try to solve it out as well but I will suggest you to give priority to the apps that has been discussed here because they are trust worthy and have not yet resulted in any problems as well.
