    Nokia Booklet 3G Netbook

The global market for mobile telephony is in crisis, analysts expected a sales decline of 10% of phones this year, Nokia has created a stir by announcing the upcoming release of "Booklet 3G, mini laptop with a Windows system.

Compact (2 cm thick), relatively lightweight (1.25 kg) and incorporating an aluminum chassis, it incorporates a 10 inch screen, an Intel Atom chip 3G/3G and especially a battery that ensures autonomy announced no less than 12 hours in typical usage. Wishing thereby compete with latest netbook from Asus, Dell, Acer or from Archos, the "Booklet 3G also has Bluetooth and WiFi. So, if Dell, Acer or HP went from selling computers to selling mobile phones, Nokia has chosen an opposite strategy.

Technically speaking, the "Booklet 3G has nothing to envy the latest laptops on the market with the inclusion of an HDMI, a front camera for video, an SD card reader and of chip A-GPS. Otherwise, this "mini laptop" as is the Finnish mobile giant will be shipped with a software suite connected to use the Ovi services brand. It should therefore be possible to buy over the air digital music (Nokia Music Store), games (Nokia N-Gage) or cards (Nokia Maps).

Curious detail, whereas previously used Nokia's Internet Tablet in a GNU / Linux Debian derivative called "Maemo" is indeed a Windows system to be integrated into the "Booklet 3G. Windows XP, Vista or 7, it will be necessary to wait for the Nokia World conference held on 2 September in Germany for more information. The price and availability date of the product will be
    revealed soon.

    not exciting.
There is little to differentiate it from its 200 competitor.

no agreement at all, 3G, integrated A-GPS, no netbook almost did ...
Remains to be seen what it's worth in reality, but on paper the features are nice

It can be super interesting GPS on netbook. A small tablet in the car, and here is a super widescreen GPS directly manipulate the keyboard! And SHIFT with 3G connection, even a little more significant.

It's really is the first netbook that interests me. Now it remains to be seen whether the price is not too high.

Why still using Windows? Switch to a Mac or Linux, has the limit but WHY Windows?
If Nokia wants to make a perfect netbook as much as his system is perfect!
