You need to look at the Disk Management you will see hidden partition tagged as EISA . after you shrink C: the first reboot windows hides the newly created partition converting it to EISA.you need to create RECOVERY DISCS open your case take your hard drive and use this in another pc . INSTALLED Paragon Partition Manager Professional 9.0 and you need to eras all the partitions INCLUDING the hidden once . now make partition using the software formatted it to NTFS and disable BIOS D2d recovery before installing windows .
