When went to the iTunes store using my Apple ID, and they said: "The Apple ID you entered couldn't be found or your password was incorrect. Please try again. " I clicked on the link to reset my password, and then tried logging in again and got the same error. I had the opportunity to access apple.com fine using the same ID and password. I tried to create a new account (as I have never entered the iTunes store using my Apple ID before), and said that it was used identification.
