Audiovox portable dvd player won't load DVDs

Hi there,
I have audiovox portable dvd player. When i insert any disk it stuck and just keeps loading for several minutes with no result. What is the problem with the player? Anyone faced the same problem before?

If your DVD player is in warranty get it replaces as soon as possible. This is something related to lens. It happens because if rough use. Insert the good quality dvd and try again.

It can be a fault disk. Make sure you are inserting plain disk without any scratches. Check if the disk is right protected or have any region vise restrictions. Black spindle may be cracked or broken. If its broken or damaged, then it will not read the disk. Get it repaired from the dealer or service center.

Clean the lens with a lens cloth after removing the cover. Take off the 4 screws in the back and clean the dust and tray. It can be a laser which gets dirty soon. Also check the ribbon cable for crack or damage.
