How to remove the stocks apps on ipod touch

Can any one tell me how to remove the stocks apps on ipod touch? There are many application on my 16 gb ipod that i want to remove. What is the procedure or method to remove apps from ipod touch.

To remove the stocks apps on ipod touch first locate the application > select the application icon > X will appear next to each of the application which has been downloaded from App Store > simply press the small "X" at the top left corner of the app icon. When prompted, select Delete.

The first way to remove the stocks apps on ipod touch, is to uncheck it in the iPod management screen that comes up when your touch is synced with your computer or hold the icon of the application for 5 second this will gives you X sign on all the applications, press that sign.This will remove the app from ipod.
