Not to buy these people. Each positive examination in this site has been created by electrozone representing. That they are receiving the week that comes served by the FBI in relation to fraudulent activities. I know of first hand this experience. They have sent to me two defective of the television and the last one had been sent to Samsung service several times and soon it considered a-repairable. All the business exists is a swindle. RETURN POLICY

You may return merchandise purchased from ElectroZone.com for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy are followed.

All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA). A RMA number must be issued within 14 calendar days after the date of purchase. It will be valid for 7 calendar days after it is issued.

Removal or alteration of a product's upc number, serial number or upc/serial number sticker will automatically void your ElectroZone.com Return Policy. Products that are returned to ElectroZone.com with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused and returned to you.

Refunds:
A processing fee of 10 percent will apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund. If you are returning a product with the intention of purchasing different merchandise, the processing fee will still apply. This fee applies to open and unopened boxes. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.

Exchange:
If you purchased a product from ElectroZone.com that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund and simply place a new order for the item you desire. We do not apply a refund credit to your new purchase.

Electrozone worked for me! I have bought Samsung ln52a630 of electrozone.com the 31 of July. It arrived yesterday, 9 of August, and was totally new, in the square! The first time that ordered to the TV of Electrozone, was worried that the company could deal with decoy and change I, so called to me. The person that I spoke with was very useful and nonaggressive. Fulfilled Electrozone perfectly the order! The television sees AMAZING! I am very contented with my purchase, and definitively electrozone to choose in the future.
