    How to enable HTML email on your Blackberry Curve

    Hi,

    I have purchased a blackberry curve 8330, are connected to my berry servers. I am getting HTML e-mail with tags but would like to have it enabled. How to enable HTML email on your Blackberry Curve. Is there a possible use of the enterprise software HTML E-mail was able to get in my situation???

    From your products, the press the blackberry key, then select options and E-mail settings so that HTML email to yes. To rectify this delete your previous e-mail addresses account and the new creation. You must see the possibility again appear within 20 minutes.

    To enable HTML email on your Blackberry Curve, follow the steps below :
    1. Take your e-mail account of the BiB.
    2. Delete your service books on Blackberry. (options > advanced > service books) to remove in relation to your e-mail which the @ symbol and your e-mail address.
    3. Remove battery and "the Blackberry.
    4. confirm the
    service books are not on the Blackberry.
    5. Reset the account in your BIS.
    6. Let the service books from your Blackberry.
    7. You must give them a message of registration AT & T, on your BB. if not quickly, pull the battery and "the BB again.
    8. Turn on your HTML e-mail back to you message options.

    Some users have reported the HTML images would not appear blackberryforums until they had their TCP/APN settings enabled. On your BlackBerry, look at Options > Advanced > TCP.

    Configure your email for HTML.

    1. On your BlackBerry, to go the Messages folder.
    2. Click the Menu key (left of trackball)
    3. Click Options
    4. Click Email Settings
    5. *Enable HTML Email = YES.
    6. *Download Images Automatically = Yes
