If the plugin is installed correctly, you can reach the entire TD2 over the network icon in Total Commander [WinCE Device].

If you are NOT the device found via ActiveSync, (connected to PC mode, faster) but as a hard drive , then the SD card as another drive in the Total Commander or in the normal Windows listed. Everything clear?
