Unable to set screen resolution as 1680X1050 on dell Inspiron E1705

I have installed Windows 7 on my dell Inspiron E1705 and I am unable to set 1680X1050 as screen resolution in option in my display settings. I have also done a clean reboot through msconfig. please guys give me suggestions what should I do ?

I think the problem is with your video card. Your video card do not have large enough memory to provide output in "true color". What you can do is you can download and install the latest and appropriate video drivers for your video card from internet there are lots of websites they provides video card. This will surely help you out.
