Map contents are not loaded in memory

I just bought new nokia C2-03. Whenever I start ovi maps application it loads successfully and the maps inside the application does not load fully .even I tried to download them from Nokia ovi suite but unable to know where they get stored actually. please help me out ???

Nokia Maps apps is to be built in apps in device firmware and also regional differences in some devices and not in some devices .There is a problem if users have deleted mapping data and then unable to re-load through OVI Suite. And the best thing is nokia C2-03 does not have any built in GPS chip it would depend on network GPS for positioning and relying on cell tower and gives only an approximate location.
