Sprint htc touch pro apps

Hi,

I have recently bought a new Htc touch pro from sprint. i want to download some application and games for my phone. While the HTC Touch Pro comes with an array of applications loaded by default. I need the softwares like google maps, skype. also yahoo or gtalk application so that i can chat with my friends. so if you have any details on must have application please post it here with direct download link.
