Motorola Razor not charging

Hi,

I have brought a new battery thinking the one in the telephone was dead. Still does not respond with the new battery. I have tried to take the battery and wait 15 minutes before being made. Still doesn’t work. Can anyone tell me that the Motorola Phone Tools you can configure the R3 in charge of a USB port. If not, why motorola razor not charging.

Make sure you fully charge before 1st use. The Razr V3 model has a problem with the charger built into the phone is defective on some. I have motola Razr V3 that works well with a fully charged battery, but does not charge the battery that is in the phone.

Have you tried power cycling the phone?Have you checked if your water indicator was pink. It's a small round disc under the battery. White is good. Pink is bad. Remove simcard put new battery in then press *and # and power at the same time and hold for 30 sec to see if you can turn it on in flash mode.

Hi,

First try cleaning the contacts of your phone and battery or replacing the battery and/or charger will resolve the problem. But you can try the battery fix, use RSD Lite to flash a reflash file:
1. Keep the phone ON until the battery dies.
2. Remove the battery for a few seconds.
3. Again put the battery, but not turn the phone ON.
4. Charge the battery overnight with the phone OFF.
