How to install arcsoft 5.0.70.24

I was facing some issue with my one MOGUL which has ROM 2.17 and another with GPS ROM 3.16 both are not working. When i try to find out the solution for it i came to know that i need to download Arcsoft MMS version 5.0.70.24 and after which my problem would get solved. I had downloaded the files but don't know how to install it . Can anyone walk through the steps for it. Thanks in Advance.

Try to downloaded the Arcsoft MMS version 5.0.70.24 zip file to my PC and unzipped file to folded named Arcsoft 5.0.70.24 after downloading it moved folder to my phone in the internal storage and click on setup.
