How to hard reset Verizon xv6800

My brother is having Verizon XV6800 mobile phone with him everything thing was working fine few days ago he was able to send and receive sms and calls and run some application also in the mean while he had made some changes in changes in his bluetooth registry keys and after which whenever he makes any call he is getting an message as Unable to authenticate your phone. he has come for help at my place i guess Hard reset would solve his problem can anyone tell me whats is the procedure for resetting Verizon XV6800 cell phone.

To have a hard reset for your Verizon XV6800 phone you need to press down two keys with the one dot's on them which is next to your phone buttons press them and hit the reset button while pressing the reset switch and hold them down for a at least two second and then restart your phone now your phone is being reset.

There is one more method of resetting your phone is by going through menu option is by going into setting option over there you need to goto System there you will find Clear Storage select that option and it will ask you for enter a code over here enter 1234 and select YES. After that your phone will get boot and you will have all the setting when you have got a new phone with you.
