My computer having problem to detect Sandisk mp3 player .Does anyone know how to install Sandisk MP3 player? as it is not recognized in RC1. please help me some times i had problem with Battery also as it unable to charge.

check that you have minimum requirements which can be USB 2.0 for High Speed downloading also check that player has support for your operating system as some player have no support for windows 7 and some vista ..

If your Sandisk mp3 player warranty is available then try to claim it that will be more better option else try on different pc with diferent operating system that works or not ...

Make sure you have installed the proper software on your computer also check connecting data cable is proper and genuine also try to update driver for it if possible for web site else contact sandisk
