Bricked HTC touch diamond

Hello,

I have bought a new HTC diamond Touch. its locked i decided to unlocked it. when following the steps to unlock HTC diamond Touch when i clicked Yes to run "EnterBootloader.exe on my phone the screen went black the connection to the phone was lost! and now i cant switch on my phone. i also replace the battery but it didnt helped me.

Please help me!!!!!!

In your case what you can do is Try to turn on the phone and when its turned on do a full Hard Reset, press the Volume Down and D-Pad centre button at the same time, then press the red reset button under the stylus silo, while still holding the other 2 buttons. Release the reset button, but continue holding the other 2 till you get the confirmation message for the hard reset.

I would Suggest you to send the device back as its under warranty and tell them its not working for you, You will get the new HTC touch diamond as you have not installed anything on it. You can also claim Insurance if you have one.
