I have the VX6800 which is also known as titan. i dont know how to brickthis PDA. so i have downloaded the Hard-SPL-MFG.exe without unlocking, i could easily passed the first step but when i went to open the flashing window but it failed, I even try to install DCD's ROM but stuck at the Verizon splash screen but I cannot flash the radio, I then forced it into the bootloader where it now shows the following:
TITA100
SPL-1.04.0000


please help me

What you can do is you can load a new rom on from this point. Run the Unofficial carrier released rom 3.35.651.2 Which includes radio also. search on google for Sprint 3.35.651.2 Release, Do not be concerned if you hear and see your phone reboot and disconnect from your computer. This may will happen multiple times as it loads the new rom. This process can take about 10mins or so to complete. This has the correct radio as well --that is why I recommend going this route first.

Connect phone to USB port, if you get a error "Cannot open usb port, please make sure that usb connection in activesync is disabled". You can use this tool this is the only tool with the special Titan exit code.

I just had this happen to my vx6800 verizon phone out of nowhere. I powered it up and now it's stuck on the screen. I tried following the instructions left here, but the Computers saying program can't start because RAPI.dll is missing.... try to reinstall it. What am I missing?

There are various reasons by which this errors comes up. The basic reason behind this that the rapi.dll is either missing or corrupted. This is happened to virus, some incompatible software files, etc. The error normally comes in installing or launching any application. You can manually restore the file. First start you computer in Safe Mode by pressing F8 continuously on boot up. Then do the following check your recycle bin. If the files is there then select restore option from the left site. Second run a full system scan. Try to use System Restore service of Windows. Try to re-install the program under safe mode which you are trying to install. Update your mobile hardware driver.
