The Samsung SGH-A736 is a perfect phone for those who would like an attractive, nicely designed cell with bells and whistles galore, but aren’t that concerned with business applications or even call quality. This 3G phone sports a standard mid-range feature set similar to the A727, but in a slide form factor. Features include HSDPA data, a memory card slot, stereo Bluetooth, and a megapixel camera. The menu of the phone is not the most intuitive we’ve seen, but a glance at the instruction manual and some practice navigating the screens should alleviate that problem in short order. One problem the phone has is a bit of wobbly construction, which makes the phone feel cheaper than it should. We noticed several times when using the phone that it seemed to wiggle at the joints, making it seem as though it was going to fall apart any second. Play music wherever you go. Access tunes from your memory card or through the Rogers network. Expandable memory gives you more room to store all the songs you love. If your car is also Bluetooth-compatible, you can make the Samsung A736 use your car's built-in hands-free system. The package also contains the following accessories: Stereo headsets, 2GB MicroSD card.
