How to use your ipod touch as a phone

Hi,

I have recently bought a new aple ipod touch, The iPhone and iPod touch are almost same devices with only one difference, that is calling feature, you can make calls from your iPhone, and you can't from your iPod touch. Is there any trick to make VoIP phone calls from your iPod touch using iphone application ?.

Hey there is no such application which can allow you to make call using apple ipod touch. What you can do is you can use skype of any other free voice calling application to talk. Dont try any tricks published on net as they may harm your ipod touch.

You can use an freeware application called SIP-VoIP to make calls from your iPod touch or iPhone. once it gets installed on your ipod touch click on the green Touchmods logo which will appear on your iPod's springboard. After you enter the details for your SIP VoIP account, push the Save as button. Done. You successfully converted your ipod Touch into a VOIP Phone.
