Motorola w755 mobile phone A big plus for the Motorola W755 is that they access Verizon Wireless' VCAST Music service. This can be done through a number of external touch-sensitive controls on the front of the phone. It is a slim, stylish phone that the functionality of both camera phones and music players. The clamshell design accented with soft-touch paint and bright metallic colors. Users are then able to quickly search for song tracks by artist, album, track title and genre. This makes it one of the best music / user-friendly phones on the market! Other music friendly options include a music player for AAC, AMR, MIDI, MP3 and WMA formats v9, the possibility to create and manage playlists with Windows Media Player 11 and stereo Bluetooth technology. The 1-inch external display supports 65,000 colors and 96x80 pixels. Besides showing the date, time, battery life, signal strength, and caller ID it also supports photo caller ID and it doubles as a viewfinder for the camera lens. It also offers video recording and playback. Photos and video can be displayed on the screen with a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels with 65,536 colors. The external screen has a resolution of 96 x 80 pixels with 65,536 colors. The 1.9-inch internal display is rather small for the W755's size, but with 65,000 colors (220x176 pixels) it's both bright and vibrant. Verizon's standardized menu interface continues to annoy us, but everything else from text to graphics to photos look great. The Motorola W755 has a 1,000-contact phone book with room in each entry for five phone numbers, two e-mail addresses, and notes. You can organize contacts into caller groups and pair them with a photo or one of 20 polyphonic ringtones.  |
