Sync Thunderbird Contacts with iPod Touch

I am here to ask you one question, Does anyone know how to sync an iPod Touch with Thunderbird contacts? I have been a long-time user of Thunderbird, and have all my contacts saved there. I'm also using an iPod Touch and like the "contacts" features it has. I wonder if i could manage to allow syncing the iPod calendar with Windows Calendar, or the mail with Mozilla Thunderbird.

It is possible to Sync Thunderbird Contacts with iPod Touch, What you can do is you can export your contacts to a .csv file, then connect you r iphone with itunes and import the .csv file via itunes. Or you have to export the whole address book from Thunderbird every time I want to update it on the iPod Touch.

I dont use Thunderbird so i have no idea about that, what you can try is you can Syncing Thunderbird address book contacts with your Google contacts.
