Nikon View 6 won't transfer files

I use Nikon View 6.2.7 over ViewNX for viewing and moving photos from the camera. But Nikon View 6 won't transfer files, when I try to Transfer Image on the camera to my destop, I get 'Communications Error' in the camera monitor. I've checked the camera and everything else is working fine. The computer recognizes the camera, and allows me to transfer files.

    Help Me !!!

First, Ensure that all the files are not locked. Second, re-format the card IN CAMERA. Then download the latest updates from Nikon site and when you use Nikon's software, like when using their cameras and reading their manuals before transferring the files.

Download Nikon Transfer 1.4.0 full version. It allows for simple transfer of images captured with a Nikon digital camera or images recorded to media such as memory cards to a computer. Designed for easy integration with ViewNX and Capture NX software. It even allows for back-up copying and embedding of information including copyright into image data during transfer.

Download : Nikon Transfer 1.4.0 full version for Windows

Download : Nikon Transfer 1.4.0 for Macintosh
