Recover data from a Dell Laptop Hard Drive

Due to virus issue my Dell Inspiron 8500 was not showing any drives on my laptop and when i took that laptop at the Service center they told me that we need to reinstall Windows and i would be able to use my laptop again but the problem is that i was having some important data in it . Does anyone know how to recover data from a Dell laptop.

Yes if you want to recover data then i would suggest you to insert your hard drive into some another Dell computer and make your Hard drive as slave if you are able to see all you data then you can copy paste to another hard drive and then reinstall your Operating system. If you need you can also use Dell recovery software too for this purpose.

I have try to make my hard disk as slave and try to see it on another computer but still was not able to see any data or my drives and at the same time i had a check in Disk management over there also same results. Can anyone tell me what should i do in this case. Please tell me some solution because i am having very important data available on that hard drive.

If your data are very much important i would suggest you to make give it some recovery Professional who can get your data back from your Dell laptop or else you can use free recovery software too which are available in market or else check out the below links for more details.
