iphone gives error 1013

Hi,

yesterday when i turn on my iphone and open iTunes it showed me that software update was available. i clicked update. but i am using hacked phone so i can update it so i put the phone in recovery mode, opened up iTunes, held shift while clicking restore, and tried to restore the phone with itune 1.0.2 firmware. iTunes prepared the iPhone software without a problem, but when it got to confirming the software, i got error message 1013 and "please connect to iTunes" message.

please help me !!!!!!

Note: The error 1013 occurs during attempts to return to a previous version of the software of the iPhone or iPod touch. This may occur when you try to restore from an old file. It is impossible to revert to a previous version.

For downgrading iPhone Firmware 2.2 To an earlier version you will need to downgrade the baseband and firmware, for this following software are needed:

1. ZiPhone patched by kIREmK
2. PwnageTool 2.2.
3. Apple iTunes.
4. Firmware IPSW file : 2.1 firmware 3G or 2.1 firmware 2G.

Hey i do have the software which you have mentioned but i dont know how to use it. can you please give me step by step guide on how to use it so that i can downgrade the firmware update and revert to a previous version.

To downgrade the firmware follow this steps

• Use Ziphone to downgrade the baseband using the settings as shown below.
• Now restore the firmware to an earlier version using the IPSW file via iTunes, if you receive errors during this procedure simply ignore and proceed further.
• Now, use PwnageTool to unlock and jailbreak using the same firmware flash file used to restore in previous step.
• Your iPhone should be jailborken and unlocked now.
