If you forget your password, contact T-Mobile Customer Care.
To change your voice mail password, perform the following steps:
    1. At the main screen, press and hold the 1 key.
    2. Press the 5 key to select Password Security.
    3. Follow the prompts to change your password.

NOTE: To reset the password to the last four digits of your mobile number, at the main screen, type #pwd#, and then press the green Send key. Your voice mail password will be reset to the last four digits of your mobile number. tm50336

To change the voicemail password first reset your phone this will erase the previous voice mail settings. now turn on the phone and Press and hold the 1 key. it will ask you to enter your password, at which point you would enter your password if you know it, or call customer care to have it reset. give you options for listening to messages, changing settings, etc. Just listen to the options, press the proper key. An automated greeting will come on and tell you to set up your voicemail box. It will ask you to choose a greeting (what the other person will hear) and a password.
