How to create notes in motorola q ?

Last month i purchased motorola q secondhand. I don't know much function in motorola q . Can anyone know How to create notes in motorola q ? as i want to store some data motorola q.

In motorola q i have found the inability to type a note out-of-the-box strange as well. I use PhatNotes for typed notes. plus it supports grouping notes, password protection, etc.

Notes created in Outlook are not directly supported in Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0, Smartphone edition, and cannot be synchronized directly to the Motorola Q. Notes may be used with third party applications or alternative sync solutions such as GoodLink.
