Transfer text messages from motorola q to pc

Hi,

I want to transfer my text messages to from my Moto Q to Moto Q9c. I just upgraded from a Verizon Wireless Q to a Q9c. i know i can transfer my files using Active Sync but what about the text messages. Is there a way to transfer all of my text messages, files, and application from my old Q to the new Q9c?.

Thank you bon-z for a quick reply,but Jeyo Mobile Companion 2.1, is too expensive and it can not transfer the sms to my pc. i have decided to Use Sprite Backup, which can be less expensive and can transfer the Text messages to pc.
