Motorola bluetooth password

Hello,

Hi i have motorola moto q mobile phone with bluetooth headset H700, and i forgot the bluetooth headset password for H700. As a result, the q will not allow me to pair with it. Is there a way to figure out or reset the password for the headset? Is there a default password for the motorola bluetooth headset?

You can try the default password for motorola. The the default password for any motorola headset is '0000' - try it out. if its not working then you have to take your headset and moto q to motorola service center. if its under warranty then you dont have to pay any charges but if its not then it will cost you 20$ or more.

You can reset the password to do that you will have to do master reset on your phone. Note: make sure that you back all important data like your contacts, notes, etc, as it will gonna get erased. after master reset turn on your bluetooth and try to pair it with your Motorola bluetooth headset H700.

Read in the manual which came with your motorola headset,mostly it will be 0000, It also depends on your wireless provider. Most phones are set to 0000, but phones today are specifically made for the wireless providers, and some have that setting changed. Best bet is to give a call to your local store or the customer service center.
