Hi,

My friends is having Toshiba Satellite M35X with him, he is facing an issue of reboot whenever he try to startup his laptop he is getting an message as Windows logon system process terminated and his laptop gets reboot he try to contact customer support but they told him to send the laptop to service center but he can't send it because he is having some important work with this laptop is there any way to solve this problem.
