Help deactivating my cell phone

Try to use *33*0000# to deactivate the calling function and *35*0000# to deactivate the receiving calls function. Hope this should work for you if you are using Verizon connection.

How to deactivate a cell phone

Try to call *223 and over here press option 3 and then enter your mobile phone number followed by # and then enter your last four digit of your SS which is your password for your account number it will take some time and then it will activate your new Blackberry Mobile phone if this to doesn't work then i would suggest you to call Verizon support and follow the steps.
