Motorola phone won't send text messages

Hi,

I have motorola moto razr mobile phone and i am unable to send messages from my mobile phone. I can receive text messages so its not a network issue., but I get an error message "message sending failed." when I try to send them. This happens once in a while and it usually works again after a few minutes, but now it's not working at all. Does anyone know why ?
please help.

Do a complete reset of the phone and the problem is still present. Is it a problem with the phone, in that case It's probably the service. You could get a non contract service but just pay the price for the plan. It may take going to an independent dealer but it might happen.

hey you need to check your message center number. if you are an AT&T customer then use this center number +13123149810. Make sure to backup the old center number on your phone now before making the change. This will help you to put it back if you wish.
