Kyocera 2135 Mobile phone resets

I was facing some issue with my old mobile phone so i have took new Kyocera 2135 Mobile phone which is very good but sometimes i don't know what happen it gets reset and i get a beep with Verizon screen as my start up and when i also leave my Phone for charging it automatically gets Switch off . Does anyone is facing such kind of issue with Kyocera 2135.

I was also facing similar type of issue i tried to reprogram Kyocera and it was working for me hope it will work for you too. If you still facing issue then i would suggest you to replace the battery and have a check because many times it happens that your battery might have some damages which you would never know about it.

I have try to replace the battery but still facing same issue. Can anyone tell me what should i do in this case.

I would suggest you to immediately goto Kyocera Service center and tell them about the issue they would probably provide you a new Piece because many of them facing same issue and when i had a talk with the Zone manager they told me that there is a defect in this piece.
