Issue with Samsung Alias mobile phone

I have recently purchased Samsung Alias mobile phone for myself and at the same time i have also purchased Micro SD card for my phone. I have transfer some songs and image in my Micro SD card from my computer everything is working fine , but when i am trying to search for mp3 songs which i have inserted in my card i am not able to find those songs. Does anyone was facing such kind of issue.

It might happen that you have not copy paste the songs and images at proper folder . Whenever you plug it in, go to my computer and select the appropriate drive. Then, drag and drop mp3s (or copy and paste) onto your card.

I have try to copy and paste the songs and images at proper folder but still facing same issue. Can anyone tell me what would be the reason. Please help me out with this issue or i guess i have made a big mistake of taking Samsung Alias mobile phone.

It might happen that there would be some issue with your memory card try to insert the same memory card in another mobile and check is it working or not. If it is working then i would suggest you need to goto Samsung Service center because there would be some fault in your Mobile phone.
