Bluetooth Headset Not Charging?

Hi ,
Iam using Dell Bluetooth Headset since last year

Recently It has ceased working .problem with charging .

Can any one tell me the possibilities of the causes and remedies ..

When you plug the headset into the charger, your light should stay on until it is fully
charged and then the light should go out.Make sure that you see a green light on
the power supply that plugs into the wall.If this isn't happening and your headset isn't working..

sounds like the battery is damaged...
are you running on warranty?? get it to a authorized dealer

make sure that your device or charger is damaged else may be because of minor problem like circuit break or something.
if so better contact a service person.soldering the affected area will sort out the problem
