What laptop to buy?

Hi, i would like to have a laptop for home use, i want listen to the music collection, surf the net and play high quality games. I was thinking of using a DEGEE laptop as a server.
My budget is quite generous £500 and i want it to be as future proof as possible. The plan is to network the whole home so everyone has access and be able to watch what they want at anyone time.
Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If you are planning to buy device under £500 then i will advise you to go with the Dell Vostro V13 which is nice device under your budget. You can perform all the task that you are looking into your device. Another device which can be useful for you is Asus Eee PC Seashell 1201N-PU17. So if you can then go with these device and get it working for you.
