Windows 6 Mobile Application Install Error

One of my friend is having a Windows Mobile 6 & now is giving an issue when installing any application. Whenever i try to install the application it gives me the error saying "The error is "the program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions". Can anyone explain what the error is about Please Help...

The error I got was CEAppMgr.exe could not find part of Active Sync which is not included in Vista from Microsoft is used. Microsoft has released an update to the Mobile drivers for Vista released to overcome this difficulty which can be downloaded here. Also need to attend the validation test from Microsoft to download the software.

Try the application SDA_ApplicationUnlock.exe which will solve the problem. But Note that it will also allow the untrusted application to the mobile.

You said that it will allow all the untrusted application & it will be taking a big risk for me but it will be fine for me at the end if i don't get any alternative solution for the same. If another solution with anyone will be appreciated...
