3x optical zoom camera

i want to buy a new camera. i am not a professional photographer so i dont need DSLR. i am looking for a camera which has 3X optical zoom, 4gb memory support and video recording. My budget is around 8 thousand.

Hi, thanks for the information. I finally ordered NIKON Digital Camera Coolpix L18, It also has 4gb memory card and a camera case too. But there is one problem with video shooting in one site its says that you can not zoom while taking the video.
