Prism portable digital tv plays low quality videos

Just few months back i had bought a Prism portable digital tv. It was working fine, but from last few days it doesn't work properly. When i try to play any disc on it, it shows a very low quality videos as well as pictures on it. Some times the pictures seems to be very blurry and one would not like to watch that particular picture on it. Can any body help me out to get rid of the above issue? Would be grateful to you if any body helps me out to resolve the above issue.

Hey try to check out whether you don't have any kind of lose connection. Remove the cables and try to plugin the cable properly and check out whether you still face the same problem or not.

Check out the disc which you are tying to play is of good quality. It might be that the disc which you are trying to play may not be in proper condition. Scratches on the back of the disc may also cause you the same problem.

If you are not able to resolve the above issue, then try to contact your manufacturer for some technical assistant. He may help you out to get rid of the above issue. If there is any kind of problem with your Prism portable digital tv, it can be replace or can be repaired that too free of cost, if you are having a valid warranty with you.
