    Plantronics headset troubleshoot unable to heard and too sensitive to noise

    I am trying to pair my new blackberry 8300 with Plantronic 520 but it creating problem for me i Can't hear through headset clearly headset makes some noisy sound also mic on headset is much sensitive alaso some times headsets not turn off can any on tell me is that common or that is just my problem .can any one solve my problem ?

    you must check connections properly .check that mute button is not pressed and working proper . try Voice tube model- check clear voice tube first by removing and try without, if well replace it also check Noise canceling model by checking mic position, mic should be at corner of the mouth with around thumbs distance. Adjust mic gain to manage sensitivity of mic .

    Try replacing batteries also check for another base .Press and hold down call control switch for 7 seconds. The light will flash blue. Continue to hold till indicator light starts flashing red then blue. try this user manual which can help you to manage your head set properly download from here

    to start bluetooth check this

    1. select the Manage Connections icon
    2. select the Bluetooth checkbox.
    3. The connection status will display
      • Green: The BlackBerry is connected to another Bluetooth enabled device.
      • Yellow: The Bluetooth connection is turned on, but the RIM BlackBerry is not connected to another Bluetooth enabled device.
      • Red: The Bluetooth connection is turned off.
