How to diagnose ipod

Hi,

I am facing a lot of hardware problem with iPod has a hardware problem. I heard that the iPod’s has built-in diagnostic mode which help to quickly determine if you have a bad iPod. but i dont know how to turn on iPod Diagnostic Mode. please help me

you can activate Diagnostic Mode in any ipod like Photo, Nano, Video, and Mini. for that you reset ipod. you can simply do it by turn the Hold switch on,turn the Hold switch off, press and hold the Menu and Select buttons until the Apple iPod logo appears (about 6 seconds). when Apple logo will appear and you can do you'll see the following entries mentioned in this link
