Is there any way save to playlist from itunes and also want to know how to save itune playlist file. So I can import into other players?? Any recommendations and suggestions are appreciated.

To Backing up playlists Follow these steps:
- Open iTunes.
- Select one of your playlists from the Source list.
- From the File menu, choose Export Song List. A Save dialog appears.
- From the Format pop-up menu, choose XML.
- From the Where pop-up menu, choose Desktop.
- Click Save.
- Repeat steps 2 through 6 for each of the playlists that you have created in iTunes.

It's probably easier to just back up your entire iTunes library.The one file you can back up, which backs up your library and all playlists. You have to take back up of iTunes folder within the music folder. My Documents -> My Music -> Itunes. Paste them into the same directory on your newly formatted Hard Drive when Itunes is reinstalled.
