Blackberry 8130 camera says close application

hello
i have problem regarding my Blackberry 8130 ,it could not start the camera. It is saying close other applications and try opening the application again but nothing is running at background . any one can help me ?

i had also same problem that says "Camera could not be started close other applications and try opening the camera again" so i just called up to AT&T. they said that it is the problem of device itself and not due to software problem. I was better feel to use the insurance.so by paying for new Blackberry i was eligible for an upgrade with new one. so this is ridiculous and better to switch another service provider.

first take out your battery and insert it again check if that work? if yes even that is not solution to avoid this problem for long time .check for your micro SD memory card of the device just format it completely and see if that works also go to Options > Security Options > General Settings. Press the menu key, then select wipe hand held.

i think better option is to get you updated operating system for 8130 the new version always come with bugs fixes and this is most common problem in blackberry other wise blackberry is good .
