Element digital mp3 player not playing song

Hi,
I have problem playing song on element digital mp3 player. It is 2gb compatible and just have less than 1gb songs. It is unable to play any song. Anyone know the solution?

If your mp3 player not playing full song i.e. it is playing only fist 10-20 seconds. In this situation, the songs plays only for intro mode. While playing the song hold the 'm' button. Then again press 'm' button. Scroll to normal mode and press central circle. This will play full song.

Turn off the player and re-synchronize all music files. I had the same problem with some music files. I think it was corrupted.

Try following:

• Plug in your player to your PC
• Run the CD to load the software came with it
• Format the player using the software
• Download your MP3s using the Media Manager software
• Unplug the USB player
• Turn on the player
• Select the MSC mode
